Forget about being fine about the 300-1 R/S. The most galling part to me was the insiders converting their shares to promissory notes at $9+ per share. How in the world could any common shareholder be fine with that BS. Legal or illegal it is certainly unethical. Complete BS pulled off by scoundrels IMO.
There should be a stipulation to paying off those promissory notes. They should not be payable until the share price is above the conversion price. Which I don't believe will ever occur. For that matter I don't believe they'll ever be paid off. I hope and believe the SEC will step in long before that. How would they pay them off anyway? They have no business. No revenues as per the last report. The only way they could possibly pay them off is issuing themselves shares.
