I'm upset just like he rest of YOU don't get me wrong 

however 

in order for the sec to step in for fraud the company has to commit fraud let's keep it real we might not like what company does  for shareholders BUT ONE THING IS FOR SURE NO FRAUD WAS COMMITED HERE
