Absolutely agree with your post.  You have the same players involved that were involved in GHDC that duped us. I don't trust the current BOD. 300 to 1 reverse split and their payola for themselves didn't sit well with me. More dilution. You have outsiders who were duped by alledged fraud by the current BOD seeking retribution. 

Then with this latest PR of jumping in the marijuana drug dealing game is suppose to make me feel warm and fuzzy. 

Personally, I am not into the marijuana game playing and it is against federal law in the United States. 

I am not a long term investor in this company.  SFMI/GHDC taught me an expensive lesson. Beware of the wolves watching the hen house.
