The guy who sold was someone who bought after the split not sure what u consider long but his plan was to go long but he said why should I hold this when I can buy more of my winners 

so he sold ,obviously he is considered a "long" your long till u sell and he sold so he is no longer a long lol

i can tell u it wasn't a insider selling its simple buying creates more buying and selling creates more selling not sure how else to explain it lol
