After a 300-1 RS.Conversion of their shares to a promissory note at $9/share,then if I am to understand correctly.They are going to issue themselves twice as many shares as what is outstanding?Without doing anything to increase shareholder value.I would pay to meet them in a dark alley.A lit alley.Anywhere.We could have a discussion as to what their business plan is.

The only place I would not want to see them is a place where my investment capital is.
