Frydman dumped prior to the split. What does that tell you about these crooks? I strongly believe their whole intention behind this scheme was to make money for themselves as quick as possible and blow smoke up our rear ends on the Golden Pot at the end of the rainbow. JMHO!!!

Where is the pumper Penny?  What about the annual shareholder meeting? Where are the Press releases?
