Just a guess. IMO. Any little bit of revenue generated from a couple of gaming machines in third world countries was used to pay the insiders off with their promissory notes that they obtained by converting their shares to at the pre split price of $9 per share. Feels so good to have my money invested with such fine outstanding and competent management. Maybe another dozen quarters they will have those promissory notes paid. All the while issuing themselves new shares for compensation. Just taking a guess. 

Still waiting for penny to provide a link to what business plan he is so in love with. Or an explanation as to what services he provided to the company to be listed as someone to receive free shares from the company.
