Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TCF) (the "Company") is pleased

announce that it has now received a total of $1,040,000 from

of its previous investment in Canadian asset backed commercial

(December 31, 2007 - $1,099,856) which had been tied up since

2007 following the collapse of the ABCP market in Canada.

The Company intends to use the proceeds from the sale of its

ongoing exploration of its coalbed methane projects in Indonesia

general working capital purposes.
