I called IR and asked a few questions about the most recent NR.

Why did you pick RCI over NS&A to do the RE on Kutai West PSC, Hulu PSC and Besar PSC?

ANS: They picked RCI because RCI is more forward looking in that NS&A deals with historical information and essentially they are doing an audit on what is in sekayu. Seems like RCI also has more credibility when it comes to doing RE like they are going to do on these blocks.

Who is the company Director leading the RCI Report?

ANS: Charles W. Bloomquist, Vice President Operations.

COMMENTS: He has lots of experience with this and when Bob from IR told me it sounded like this is his jam.

How does the Sanga-Sanga PSC estimate that it has 13 TCF of CBM reasources?

ANS: Scott Stevens mapped out that entire basin over a 10 year time span based off historical data and what not.

COMMENTS:I am glad to see he is on the managment team. Also Bob mentioned that they do not know how the 13 TCF is spread along the basin so some guys may have nothing while other guys may have it all. But if Scott measured it out and we have an interest in Kutai PSC right next to the Sanga-Sanga then chances are we probably have some as well.
