We all thought we'd hear some JV news by the end of the first quarter, or beginning of the second quarter at the latest. Now that we are into May, I agree that it's more than likely we will see that announcement bundled with the details of the drilling.

The only thing I can't understand is this ... if a drill rig contract is being negotiated or has been signed, would not news of that leak out?

In any event, for those of us who have been waiting since the gunboat days to see this prospect drilled, the little extra wait is not so bad. I look forward to an explosion of activity this Fall, following an exciting release of news this Spring. Oops - probably shouldn't use "explosion" as a description in the current BP climate! Sorry.
