zibo,I also believe that the BP disaster created huge problems for the oil exploration companies,such as the signing of a JVP,also there was a lot of musing re the deep water
drilling programs in general.Perhaps all drilling will benifit from what had happened as know one wants a repeat like BPs.Better regulations from this will be of benifit to all.Cheers MF This includes all of the Jrs and the Majors.
