zibo,I would think that they had to put up some $$ to get a commitment from the drill company to work on Eagle 1,perhaps a ''down payment" .Also could be other expenses that we are not aware of.Cheers MF I still haven't received an email re this news,it seems I always get some thing well after you people do,sigh.
