I haven't seen the details as to who is paying what for this project, but I choose to see it as a positive sign ... CGX is SO convinced we will find a lot of oil, that we are already putting in place the infrastructure that will be needed to deal with it once we do.

Besides, it sends a positive message to the people of Guyana that we are a good neighbour. That's always a good business move, and a good 'human move' too. Guyana is a poor nation. Although I'm hoping to share in the success of an oil discovery, I'm also very pleased in the possibility of improving the lives of tens of thousands of locals.
