WOW! just found out about this.I think you'r correct with the terms of the PPL with Guyana.
This was a worry and I believe Sully and the group has looked after this concern.
No one is ever pleased with dilution of our stock,however,as you surmised in your blogs here
and on the other spot,re being able to get Murphy's rig,and have two spudding, basically at the same time. We hopefully don't have to worry about sharing big time with a JVP.
