me too, my rational is there is no warrants or 1/2 warrants attached to this and I did not see a hold period either. So, there is no reason for anyone to sell at 70 or lower to do this. I was first hoping to wait a few weeks and buy them below 70 but after rereading the bought deal details, I think 70-72 will be as cheap as this thing goes.
