I like this line from the NR as it indicates that we are in the driver's seat for now. Any negotiations for a JV will be on our terms. I think that now that the financing is closed, we will start to see our SP increase. I give it 3-5 days for some to still sell for the financing but after that clears, we should be set to move. The fact that the overallotment was filled is also a good sign.
