That's what I'm wondering too. I think they have the capability of monitoring for hydrocarbon (oil) throughout the drilling program, so if they encounter continuous and significant oil prior to TD I really hope that they announce it to the world. Unfortunately, with Repsol being the operator for Jaguar, they will likely control the flow of information. But perhaps CGX will be more forthcoming with info out of the Eagle program? Not holding my breath on that though as they are not great communicators.
