I seem to recall someone saying that with the oil price being low, Shell decided that it wasn't

worth it to do the necessary work that was required way back then.If i'm wrong I'm sure some
of our knowledgeable posters will correct me....We are very close to realizing our great expectations everyone,hold tight,exciting times are ahead.Cheers MF
