FWIW I've had orders not filled when they should have and called TD Waterhouse and they had to honour the fill after the close, apparantly the MM's can jump preffered orders ahead of the que, but if you call and question it they should owe you a fill.

I almost always put buy & sell orders in for more than one day to keep them off Alpha who only take day orders, that way my order is shown on the TSX.

How bought them MM's take us up to 1.44 yesterday and down to 1.18 today a .26 spread in 24 hours, that's a difference of 85 mil in the MC. These guys are good.
