Not so sure about the rig commitments though. They may be variable. What I can say is that CGX Energy most likely won't be paying for days when no work is done. (As mentioned before, due to storms or equipment delays). So unless there is a discovery and extensive testing, the extension and work commitment is at a fixed price. Which is well within budget. They had 84 mln cad at the beginning of the year. 34 mln CAD went to Eagle-1. The rest to Jaguar-1? Totaling 66 mln CAD...

So 17 mln left for contingencies? We'll just have to wait, either way you're right, more money is needed. Bit sad, but so be it.
