<![endif]-->I think a news release of postive news takes longer to be approved and released because their claims have to be verified and backed up with drill results. In contrast, a news release stating that it's a duster requires no verification. So, the longer it takes for the new to be released, the better chance of the news being good, especially if, as has been suggested, the news release is being coordinated with other parties.
