this is the end...all they have are leases....more dulution won't keep them in the game....its not for the small caps....I know...I witnessed the canadian superior takeout in trinidad...its not pretty.....to remain..JV..give up 90% on the Corentyne license....and 20% on their georgetown....if they do strike..they can play for a while......but.the JV's (unknown at this time) can set them up to fail some future funding requirement and recieve any remaining %'s......its not fair...bur it takes $$$$$$$$$$$$

has anyone seen the PSA agreements...look for clauses on default....sorry guys
