Who would be the operator? I don't think PRE has much experience with offshore drilling, and god help us if CGX runs the show. That leaves CNOOC, and they don't know the geology and the nuances of drilling offshore Guyana. I'd rather have Repsol/Tullow, but they may want to diversify, especially if they are going to drill the big blob west for Jaguar. I'd rather have Anadarko than CNOOC, or one of the companies with lots of experience drilling along the Atlantic Margin.
