I'm a small retail shareholder who would like to know if the 43-101 is

still scheduled to be delivered before year end in complyance with

BC SEC I'd like to know if you you have an approximate time

frame for that and if news are to be expected as to the

progress you are making in the meantime . I also wonder

if you would envision being featured on Agoracom.com where a hub

has been created for discussion and information purposes to inform

shareholders on the situation of your company .

expected any day now. As for agoracom, the company will wait until trading

before making decisions on investor awareness programs
