It's about time.

I know it's hard for lots of entrepreneurs to give up control once something they've nurtured and grown is now too big for them, but even Bill Gates has done it.

Hopefully, more professional management will finally see some decent growth, although with the current state of the world's markets and economies I doubt we'll see any related jump in share price even if CVT's market, income and profit grow.
