TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 29, 2009) - C.A. Bancorp Inc. (TSX:BKP) (the "Corporation") today announced that Mark MacDonald has resigned as Managing Director, Private Investments of the Corporation, effective January 27, 2009.
Pursuant to the terms of the Administration Agreement between the Corporation and Sentry Select Capital Corp. ("Sentry Select"), the Corporation has been advised that Sentry Select is working to provide a replacement officer.
