First non brokered private placement to raise a million dollars.

Personally I have quite high hopes for the coming set of drill results. The last time drilling was conducted on the Goldstrike we did 3 RC holes and got some pretty good results....Im quite anxious to see what kind of differential we'll not only see with core drilling, but also to see what kind of intervals and grades will come out.

The company (according to last NR) is also acquiring a permit for a further 13 drill holes after this last tranche of drilling has been completed.

Goldstrike is one hell of a property and Ive heard it draw comparisons to the Carlin trend...a fact that should not be brushed off lightly.

When this money is raised, I believe the drills are already on site, so we should be able to commence almost immediately upon the closing of the financing.

Excellent management, grades, geology and a share structure that should still leave us under 40 milllion fully diluted at the end of this financing is a clear recipe for success. I think CQX is going to be a big one boys.
