Looks like some of the ownership numbers have changed a bit so I just thought Id post this so as to give people an idea how tight this stock really is.

If anyone can add to this please do so...but the numbers Im drawing from my market Q give me the following.

Insiders - 9,565,615

Instituion: Mineralfield - 8,687,500

Pathway - 6,206,250

Total; 24,459,365 shares

Plus the 2,105,000 from the last placement that are locked up til September = 26,564,365 shares.

26,564,365/32,089,295 (shares oustanding as per the website) = 83% of shares in good hands.

And of the remaining 17% Im sure not all of them are ready to flip. Some of those will be held til the drilling is done.

This thing is damned tight...
