My inital thoughts gleaned from the latest 43-101 report,

The Grassy Mountain property has been owned by numerous companies in the past from 1980's to 2000's. The deposit was deemeed uneconomic as ownership was transferred from one company to another.

It appears the latest drill program by Calico has the drill locations in the vicinity of historical drill holes. In other words, they are proving up historical findings and not discovering any new gold.

The report also cites concerns with permitting the property as there appears to be public pressure against the project in Oregon.

Nevertheless, the Calico drill results sure look good compared to some of its peers on the Venture exchange.
