I like that the placement price was set above current market value. This s/b looked upon favourably. The total proceeds from this placement, however, are not too material. This too could be looked upon favourably from a shareholder standpoint as they may only be funding future expenditures on an as needed basis and therefore not causing too much dilution.
Once the share price has reached loftier levels it would be a good idea to build up a cash position by seeking a larger PP. If drilling results continue to show promise all shareholders, including insiders, would benefit from this approach. Any idea what the current cash or near cash position is? I sense there is probably not a lot left, hence the PP.
