You could be right but I really doubt it. If this was the case, dont you think it would be easy for the company to say so? Through most of 2016 the company was pretty quick to give updates on ASTM. The last mention of it was in Spetember of 2016. So not a word in 9 months. We have been waiting for a report since April of 2016. How many reports do you know that take a year and a half? Based on the NR's, here is the recent history:

- April 14, 2016

company awaits report

- June 7, 2016

"The Company also hopes to soon report the finalization of ASTM International’s new nuclear graphite testing standard, which used Canada Carbon’s nuclear purity Miller graphite as the reference material.”

- July 21, 2016

Representatives of Canada Carbon attended the semi-annual ASTM meeting in Seattle, Washington, in June of this year. The scientific work required to develop a new analytical standard for high-purity nuclear graphite has been completed. The drafting of the required documentation is an exacting and intensive process, and is well underway. Canada Carbon has also initiated discussions and planning for the development of definitions and standards for graphene, graphene oxide, and related materials. This initiative has already been approved at the executive and committee levels of ASTM.

- Sept 14, 2016

Upon request by ASTM International, the Company submitted samples of the thermally upgraded Miller graphite (99.9998% purity), for the development of a new nuclear standard test method for natural graphite.  Four international laboratories, with membership in Subcommittee D02.F0 on Manufactured Carbon and Graphite Products of ASTM International, have completed the round-robin testing of the Miller graphite. The Company currently awaits the final ASTM report, certifying both the material and the new test method.
