Message: Canada Carbon Provides Update on CPTAQ

Canada Carbon (the "Company") (TSX-V:CCB) (OTC:BRUZF) (FF:U7N1) was informed on January 25, 2018 by a shareholder that the Quebec's Agricultural Board (the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Quebec or "CPTAQ") website had changed the status of Canada Carbon's application to "administrative closure".

In discussions with the CPTAQ, it has been determined that the administrative closure is the result of the receipt by the CPTAQ of a resolution from the new council for the Municipality of Grenville-sur-la-rouge ("GSLR"), dated December 12, 2017 which made the declaration that Canada Carbon's application did not conform with municipal regulations.

So do I understand correctly that the CPTAQ denied CCB's application without consultation or any form of contact with the applicant?

Here we have a company making an application to a Quebec government agency or department and the government organization doesn't even have the courtecy to inform the applicant that the petition is denied?

So CCB is an Ontario company whose management and directors are mainly enlish speaking. Would it be safe to assume that this has something to do with Quebec politics?

There are lots of exploration companies operating in Quebec that would be interested to hear how CCB is being treated by the govenment of Quebec.
