yes, i found all that info the day the deal was announced. problem is, they never said what the agreed upon price was. ccb graphite appears to be even better than the graphite they were using as a price reference. but again, they didn't quote the sales price. so i ask again, does anyone here know what the sales price was? if so, please give us the source so we can check it out ourselves. thanks...
