I may have this wrong but here it goes:

1 PDIP which is now owned by EnegiOil was and still is the operator for Garden Hill South.

2 Nabors is supplying the rig to drill the well along with the crews

3 Dragon Lance are designing the well program ie they will tell Nabors where the well needs to be drilled and will monitor the infromartion coming back in the drilling mud etc.

4 SPE & CQV now have no interest in this well other then a royality payment to CQV when the well is put into production.

5 The lease is now in PDIP's name and the lease will expire if they don't drill by August 14th.

6 In addition they must produce from this well for a period of not less then 2 years over I believe it is a 5 year period. This is cummulative and does not need to be cosecutive.
