Seems to me that if CQV discovered or thought there was nothing there worth pursuing they would halt, announce the end of drilling, pull the drill, pack up and move on. Business dictates you don't continue spending $ to "look good". Oil off over $10.00 last two days, and this news means they have deeper to go.
