I did not predict bad news,I was told the news,but I was not in a position to elaborate.

I did sell 1/2 my shares at.12 for a profit,but like everyone else I am down on my remaining shares (650,000 ).I'm sure that you can understand that I'm not too happy about the status of my current holdings.

But here we are now. We have a choice,buy ,sell or hold.At .05 you have to believe that the downside is minimal. There is potential for more upside but probably not soon.

I fully understand your frustration but voicing it on this forum will not help you or us .We need to help eachother discover the truth and the future of our company. We really have no other choice. I hope you will help! Rico
