The Company was informed on 22 July 2008 that Alan Minty, a director of the Company, purchased

ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). Mr. Minty purchased 2,500

Ordinary Shares at a price of 170 pence per share on 22 July 2008. Following this Mr. Minty holds a total

of 7,406,411 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
