I wonder if anyone agrees with me that in the next 3 months the share value remains stuck around the current levels. Yesterdays positive NR did little to improve the 4.5 to 5 cent share value. The massive news of 1-2 billion barrels of oil had little affect. What fundamentally is holding CIVC back. Is it past record, lack of belief in Newfoundland oil or manipulation of the share price. What do others think the fluctuation in value will be over the next three months as we wait the return of the rig and developments in Alberta.
