The earlier talk about Alberta shallow wells, was that the wells would be quick and dirty. The concensus was that each well could be completed in the day. Following the drilling of the wells would be the analysis. I took all this to mean that in one to two weeks the first part of the operation would be completed.

Just shows how little I know about oil and gas. I assumed that we would have had news by now, good or bad. To the layman you've either found it or you haven't.

What could the lack of news mean? No find - why sit on this information, ---or behind the scenes negotiation for SPE/CIVC merger with announcement of good Alberta results, one comes with the other --- or simply a prolonged consideration of the next part of the exploration.

Perhaps the company believes we all have spare time to cogitate what might be. I don't think so.
