Welcome back Akerman. I agree this is a good time to buy, but as you say some of us are in at a higher level. 15 cents having averaged down from 18 in my case. Thought about averaging down further but my faith in this baby is shot. I've poured too much good money after bad in the past to risk it with CIVC. I cope with the disappointment by just forgetting about my holding and thinking of it as a 5 - 10 year gamble instead of the instant success I thought it was going to be when I initially bought 2 years ago.
