Just read through the overnight posts while most of you were still asleep.

Couple of points. Talk of the rig going to Vul has been around for ages. I can't remember where I first heard the idea - it might even have been mooted when Steve said the Nabor's Rig would be a bit on the big side for development of the GPS. However it would be a good idea if the various companies worked together to keep the rig in Newfoundland now it's here. Remember there's exploration going on up at Parson's Pond as well - Leprechaun and I think Contact, so it might head there.
There might be something in the wind that is driving up the SP and Volume - how permanent this will be I wouldn't like to guess. If there is truly no news in the offing from CIVC, then the driving force might well be other companies in the area. We have to ask who is buying? From what other posters have said in the past, it is likely to be contractors like rig workers, etc who drive up a share prior to a news release. Enegi Oil took a leap yesterday as well. Personally, having bought into Enegi Oil, I would like to believe something pretty spectacular was cooking at Garden Hill. It would have to be to affect CIVC's sp.
However I seem to remember when Leprechaun came on to the scene, they were proposing some pretty sophisticated Seismic at Parson's Pond, and there might be something coming from there.
Then again Wolf might be right - it might just be a blip based on nothing. I hope not.
