Always enjoy your posts. Full of information. Maybe being a bit cynical but two companies strapped for cash joining up doesn't necessarily bode well for the future. With most exploratory plays cash is king and how that is obtained is the creativeness of those concerned. With CIVC its lets expand the share capital by another 100 million shares.

Still full of hope. Desperation stage has long passed with time with the write down of asset values on an annual basis. Three years ago I was worried now just biding time.
