This is definitely good news. Now that its cased the possibility of caving in are next to nothing which is a big stress reducer. If it had of caved in that would pretty much been the end of any progress for a while.

I think that the timeline is good unless we start seeing major delays again. This isn't going to happen over night but its slowly taking shape. I would rather have them be extra careful and take a little extra time then rush and forget something or take something for granted and have it cost us down the road.
