I'm surprised that the last news release hasn't caused more action. I see the consolidation of the shales to Shoal Point from NW prior to drilling as an indication that Shoal Point is so convinced that they have something that it is worth making sure that they have access to the complete shale patch.

The only thing that concerns me about this is the outlay for obtaining these rights. Hopefully they will have enough cash on hand to prove up their contention that they are about to strike barrels of sweet oil. I'd be sure curious if this would be a concern.

Hopefully they will have all their ducks are in a row soon and have us all smiling in the near future.
