Even though there are only 67 million shares of CAJ out and they got what appears to be a great hit the stock keeps selling and selling. It's obvious from the trading that the great majority of shares are in the hands of the general public; insider participation may be quite low - I don't know.

Look at the long-term chart on CAJ and you'll see that the people who run this stock are not very ambitious. They SEEM to be the kind of promoters who are happy to make a few pennies on their shares no matter what's happening with the company.

These are only possibilities and only IMO, but it could be a deal is in the works at a low price or, heaven forbid, that they intend to reorganize the company to 1) reduce the presence of the current shareholders and 2) facilitate financings.

On the other hand, there's always a slim chance that they like what they found and this is all about standing aside while the the little guys sell out dirt cheap then running the stock up.
