All this news looks good as far as I can see. New money for ops without too much dilution, money for ramp-up, hiring posters are out and CML should be back into business shortly . I think this news is very positive for CROWFLIGHT but then I am just a small shareholder and would like to hear details from this forum, please. I acquired more shares today.....
CORRECTION FROM SOURCE: Crowflight Provides Further Details on Non-Binding Expression of Interest and Private Placement Financing
TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jan 28, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OR THROUGH U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES
CROWFLIGHT MINERALS INC. ("Crowflight" or the "Company") (CML) issued press releases on January 27 and 28, 2010 regarding a non-binding expression of interest that it has received and is in the process of reviewing. There was a typographical error in the press release issued on January 28, 2010 regarding the price at which it is proposed that the outstanding share purchase warrants of the Company that are held by Pala (as previously defined) would be re-purchased by the Company. If the Offer (as defined previously) was completed, the Company would cancel 116,079,971 shares held by Pala for $27.9 million (i.e., the implied $0.24 Offer value), as well as 50,588,235 warrants for $2.02 million (not $20.2 million as previously stated)(a weighted average price of $0.04 per warrant).
