So if the options expire worthless they will have closer to 3 million not 1 million in the bank?

If this is the case I will happily admit that I was wrong with my interpretation of what Mr. “B” was telling me. He may not even know the plan. It would benefit Management as well as us if they can hold off on the Financing. I just hope we can hold off for a month. Management can’t tell us one way or another what they will do so we will have to wait and see.

I’m just preparing for the worst and hoping for the best. I have no doubt that the conceptual model is correct. But as they say timing is everything.
