Camino Rojo Mexico : In-situ - 4.0 million ounces gold; 68.32 million ounces of silver.
Hmmm.... targeting deep holes without good gephysical targets is a little bold. If the deposit has its roots inclined one way or another, following the dip of the fault or some hidden conduit, then a "bad" hole would not scare me off... they just "threw the dart" and it landed in the wrong spot... although collaring into the middle of this oxidized surface anomaly ain't a bad choice.
However, if they had deep penetrating IP anomalies and they drilled into those anomalies with "bad" results, that would cause me to re-evaluate my view.
I hope that this boldness comes from evaluating other data and their confidence is high concerning the locations of these DD holes. I would like to see some vertical RC holes as well. They are certainly cheaper than DD and are just as good at determining the vertical and lateral extent of the deposit.
I would also like to see the company do extensive IP lines to the SE along strike. I like alteration halos. But this is looking into the "crystal ball" and the company's focus should be Represa. But with $10 million I'd like to see an aggresive wider property exploration program... Represa could be just the "tail" of the elephant and I smell elephants!
TOO BE CLEAR I am still in 100%, just thinking outloud.
