Just to throw out those numbers should easily get us in the ballpark.

IMHO we have a home run here.

We will build a company around this gold mine. I don't see us putting this on the auction block when we are already starting to bring the people on board to develop this sucker into a real cash cow... Or Gold Mine if you will:)
