I think what is more than likely going to happen is we only farm out Don Julio and we would keep the remainder of Camino Rojo along with the other properties that we have.

And as Tex said we would use the cash to explore and develop other properties and the stock would trade in the in the range of our NAV.

But there is more than one way to skin this cat.

Like shares of whatever company comes it turns out to be.

For me this would be an attractive option.

With all of the great stocks now trading for a dime on the dollar now is a great time to go Christmas shopping and who knows maybe before Christmas we will have the money to do so.

But I see 2009 as being a more likely time frame.
